1. About The Avenue

Unless otherwise stated, products listed on The Avenue are offered by independent sellers. The Avenue may provide the technology that connects customers and sellers, but the seller remains responsible for the accuracy of their listings, stock, fulfillment and products.

2. Accounts

You may need an account to access certain features of The Avenue. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you notify The Avenue of unauthorized access.

3. Marketplace Orders

When you place an order through The Avenue, you are requesting to purchase products from the applicable seller.

An order may be subject to seller confirmation, stock availability, payment approval and fulfillment requirements.

The Avenue may cancel or restrict an order where there is a pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraud, payment problem or other legitimate reason.

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices displayed on The Avenue are generally shown in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their own terms, conditions and privacy policies may also apply.

Additional delivery charges or other fees may apply depending on the seller and fulfillment method.

5. Product Information

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that product names, descriptions, images, pricing, stock and other listing information are accurate and not misleading.

Product images and colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and device displays.

6. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup availability may vary by seller, product and location.

Estimated delivery or pickup times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Returns and Refunds

Return and refund eligibility may depend on the product, seller, condition of the item and reason for the request.

Customers should follow the return process provided by The Avenue or the applicable seller before sending any item back.

8. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers using The Avenue must provide accurate business and product information and fulfill accepted orders in a timely and professional manner.

Sellers are responsible for complying with applicable laws, regulations, taxes and requirements relating to their products and business operations.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use The Avenue to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or misleading activity.

Users and sellers may not attempt to interfere with The Avenue's systems, security, accounts or marketplace operations.

10. Suspension or Termination

The Avenue may suspend or terminate access to the platform where an account violates these terms, creates risk to customers or sellers, is connected with fraudulent or unlawful activity, or otherwise threatens the safety or integrity of the marketplace.

11. Availability of the Platform

We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruptions or technical issues.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Avenue will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the platform or transactions between customers and independent sellers.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Your use of The Avenue is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used and protected.
